02 dodge ram 1500 4+4.Shaking in front end only when brakes are applied.Turned b oth front rotors,no difference.Right front caliper hung up previously,"Long time ago"Replaced R.F caliper.A surging motion can be felt when lightly applying brakes,like grabbing and letting go.Still seems like warped rotor??

Yea it does..just wondering when they got turned what was the remaining thickness if too thin they'll warp right away. that's all I can think of off hand. Maybe someone else has some ideas. Good Luck
Probably are warped machining warped rotors only fixes the problem until they get hot again and they again warp as they are now thinner than before the problem could be in worn suspension rubbers and ball joints so have the front end checked out if it turns out to be rotors , buy quality after market units and quality disc pads have the abs system also checked out as the system indicates a braking action similar to when the abs is activated
