03 GMC Yukon Denali XL rear air is completely non functional. Neither front or rear controls do anything. All other front headliner control panel functions including sun roof. Rear control audio controls work but when rear HVAC power button is pushed display just displays "Off". This occurred after fuel pump failed and battery died trying to start the vehicle. Since fuel pump was replaced rear air has not worked.

I would check to see if they did not disconnect any wires underneath the rear end. And then see if there any relays that control all those things you mentioned...
Who replaced the fuel pump? If some one other than you did the job I would take it back to them and tell them the air is not working. First make sure that there is not a blown fuse for the rear air.
