03 Monte Carlo ss will run on starting fluid. Have 50lbs fuel pressure on prime. Security light on steady. Light will not turn off even after leaving in on position. New battery that runs to low voltage when just sitting. Car has been a no start for 7 months. Fuel filter and fuel regulator replaced. Currently the fuse for the door locks keeps blowing but only after 5 or so times using the fob to unlock doors. I'm lost

They're right, contact your Chevy dealer, ask what it takes to reset after cars been sitting with dead battery, make sure your key is good, take registration to dealer or qualified locksmith to get a new one
