04 s60 volvo awd..Car acted like it didnt have power taking off and it bangs into gear..Fluid is full and flushed it about 20k ago.Also when put it in park it rolled like wasnt engaged and made grinding noise

Have it scanned before you do anything else. Could be the transmission or cable or park neutral position sensor. Scan it first
