I recently purchased a 2005 Bet&Win 250. When I connect it to a battery to jump start it, it powers up the dash and everything electrical works. Push the start button and it wines, sounds like it turns the motor over once or twice then quits. While it is doing this the dash power goes away until I let go of starter button then it resets and acts normal. What to do.
