1. battery light never turns green after charging. blinking red disappears and that is the end. 2. blue light for pairing with phone never turns blue and headset never gets recognized by the blackberry i have a jabra halo bt 650s

The battery is defective and incapable of holding a charge. It is not user replaceable. Call 800-734-5870 for a replacement device.
I opened mine into the on position and the charge light went from blinking to solid red.
