1 month old electrolux FL IQ cuts off and won't restart
We have an Electrolux IQ and it has been working great until today. The washer will work but at some point during the wash it stops completely almost like it needs a reboot. It won't restart and I can't get the door open because it is acting like it doesn't have power, but the voltage is fine. We have cleared the hose twice and the machine started working again. This last time we cleared the hose it still won't restart and as an added benefit, I can't get into the drum because the washer won't unlock the door. Any thoughts?

If it is only one month old then you should be covered by the warranty ??
To unlock the door place the drain hose in a bowl until the water comes out, if it wont then try blowing down the hose.
If you hear bubbles inside the machine then dump the hose back in the bowl
Once the water has all ran out switch the machine programmer to "off" and then try the door
