1 Problem
Low ohms lights on; Transistor Brown, replace it; low ohms light is off now and everything seems to work fine execpt when in low volume, it sounds good. When increase the gain, it hit for 1 second hard, and then goes back and doesn't hit hard no more. The sound quality is good, its just sound so weak that's it. And when installing the amp, it sparks like crazy when putting the neg in and then the pos or vice versa. Usually it sparks one time and then your good. But this time after replacement of the transistor, it's crazy all the time when put back in or out. I think its th transistor that is causing it and Any tip will help. Thank You. Oh, do any of you know where I can buy some transistor for JL Audio amp spec?

You need the old transistor. Knowing it's brown is not enough; you need to know its resistance value. It sounds like the resistor you replaced with has too low a resistance value, causing the "cuts" in sound. Find the old resistor and then use this site to find out what you need:
