Purchased on 31-5-2008. Model-Kaiser. IMEI: 35575701636532801. Windows 6.0
1) Talking over Speakerphone is disappointing. The other party caanot hear properly or the voice is broken. Looks like the problem is with microphone while on speakerphone mode. Is this a hardware problem? How can this problem be fixed? One technician in one of the HTC support centre told me to keep the volume to half while talking on speakerphone. But this defeats the purpose of putting in this mode. Overall volume itself is low.
2) Volume of recorded voice while playing back is very low even at the maximum setting

The technician was correct in the sense that what he suggested is an accepted way of improving sound quality - in other words it stops distortion and in the TyTn IIs case has been found to improve matters. I appreciate that it is by no means an ideal solution, however the Kaiser does have a problem with speaker phone mode. This has been discussed at www.XDA-Developers.com
