100 amp service. 2 breakers connected together 50 amp each. power was shut off. Had to shut off main before ir was turned back on. when power was restored, breaker would not stay on unless it was done real easy. Seems like only 1 of the 2 is working. in box now only every other one (breaker) seems to work. Even if you take all the breakers off of the buss bar, the main seems like only 1 side is keeping it on

This you would need a meter to tell were the problem is you need to put the meter one on the netrual and one on the main to get a reading then keep doing this for all your breakers , one way to tell if a breaker is bad take it off the main panal put the meter to the screw and copper and see if your getting connuty to it good luck
