100 Base-T Driver not detecting

I have a computer with Atheros L2 Fast Ethernet 10/100 Base-T Card. Its working in windows but ot in RHEL 5. Please tell me a solution.

Is there a driver in your kernel for this card? If not, you'll have to try and get one online and compile it yourself.
