What did you set the IP to? IP addresses are assigned manually or automatically by your network. You should be able to access it with 192.168.0.254 or 127.0.0.1. If your network is set for DHCP it assigns the IP automatically. If it isn't then someone assigned an IP manually and if that is teh case only that person would know what IP range they used.
