I'm brian001. I put up the similar problem posting. I got a Xerox Technician in here to look at the copier. He said that the toner dispenser stopped working. There are two motors that run to dispense the black ink and both failed. The only solution is new parts.

Good day, is thier any troble code any apears? if none try to check the red cartrage if installed properly.
