Your Armitron Watch will have Four Button on the side of the watches rim.
Button on the upper Left is MODE.
Button on the lower Left is LIGHT.
Button on the upper right is DATE.
Button on the lower right is Alarm.
See Steps below: *Setting the time*
Press and Hold down the Mode Button til the Hours flash
Then push Alarm Button to set the Hours
Press and Hold down the Date Button till the Minutes flash, then push Alarm Button to set the minutes
After setting the minutes on your watch, Press Date till you get the month flashing push Alarm to set the month
Press the Date again till the Date flashes, then push Alarm to set date
Press the Date again till the Date on your watch flashes, then push Alarm to set the date
After setting everything push the Mode Button again just once to set everything or finalize your settings on the watch.
