115 hp johnson great difficulty to cold start,sometimes it even run the baterry flat but once it started there is no problem in starting again what could the reason for this be or do i just start the motor wrong - Please advice

When You Turn The Key On ,Press It In To Activate The Choke Solenoid And Then Crank At The Same Time,This Should Solve Your Problem, If All Is Fine With The Engine.
