12 is in a setup screen where i can not get out without an original remote. The side buttons dont operate the menu
My daughter pushed the menu button on the side of the TV more than 5 sec apparently and the TV went into a setup menu for first-time use. But without a remote, I can not set it up and get out back to the TV screen. The side buttons don't operate the menu. Is there a way to skip this setup when starting the TV or is it in another way possible to get past this setup? Appreciate any help, Thanks

Hi Phil Philips, try disconnecting the TV from the outlet, wait 30 minutes, reconnect it and see if it is corrected
If not, get another Philips remote control, usually all are compatible, remove it from the setup menu and then turn it off from the TV, until you get a new remote control
