I'll keep it short for now, I have a 128 gb micro sd in my windows phone (which can support micro sd up to 256 gb). When it's formated, it save videos and photo from camera just fine, then after a while, the saved video and photos shows without thumbnails in the phone and won't play. When connected to my pc in folder view, those same video and pictures have no thumbnails and won't play neither. Note: 1.the video and photos saved before this issue happens are all good, only the new one are corrupted. 2.It always happens when the sd card have used about 4gb of it's memory, not in a single file but the total amount of files.(it is formated as a 128 gb). 3.If I re-format the card, it will work again for a while until it starts messing up my files again.
