1333 Motherboard. I find that whenever the hardisk is changed or formatted sometimes the audio driver fails to load or work. Pl. advice

When you format the hard drive and then install Windows, you also need to install the Asus motherboard device drivers ie. audio, Video, LAN etc.
You can download the drivers from ASUS WEB site.
