To do a hard reset is a bit ******* the system. You could lose files, but it would be files worked on just before the HardReset. If you are frozen up and can do nothing more. Press CTRL then ALT then DELETE. now with all three keys down let go all at once! You need to do this kind of fast! Good Luck Carey
