1600 Security code problem

I have Nokia 1600 , & I got the usual problem "Code error"
IMEI : 353 0018992516
country : Egypt
Network : Vodafone & Mobinil ,, (I have a Vodafone SIM always using it but when the problem happened I was using Mobinil ) .
