1990 Geo Prizm Center Stop Light not working. I've replaced with new bulbs and recently checked them using other simple means. I'm thinking a grounding issue...but I'm not an electrical genius nor up to speed with electrical diagrams. Any thoughts?

Brake switch is bad, bad ground, replace relay, replace bulbs on both sides
this too is 7 months old, Manuel
Its just 2 wire. one is bad.
the ground or the cross feed to the side.
one side is open,
a volt meter tells you which. is bad.
ever use one?
