Report "1991 Toyota Pickup 22RE, high pitch squeal when truck is moving. Does not squeal when engine is ideal and it does squeal if I put truck in neutral and coast. I just had the timing belt tested and it is fine and I put new tires and wheels on my truck. It is a terrible sound and I can't pinpoint the source. Any ideas?"
