1992 bmw 325i door lock schematics
I have a 1990 bmw 325i and the button for the trunk lock stopped working...i checked the fuse etc. Someone pulled out the cylinderk but I don't see how to manipulate it. There is nothing to push or turn etc. How do I get in? can I take out the backseat and drill a hole in the wall and actuate the lock that way? drill from the outside? I can always patch it. The car is kinda beatup anyway

I am not familiar with BMW at all. Earlier domestic cars trunk could be accessed with a flat screwdriver when the cylinder was removed. Get a flashlight and look in the hole to see if there is a slot oolong like a flat driver will fit. If so, insert the driver and turn right until it clicks/pops/snaps. It may take a bit of pressure. Again I say I'm not familiar with BMW but I hop this helps.
