1992 honda accord won't turn over after leaving lights on or playing radio for short time with engine off
Just bought and battery went dead after lights were on for short time with engine off but turns right over when jumped is it the alternater

If you can, take a volt reading with a voltmeter when the motor is running. Usually, it should be at around 13,5-14 volts. If that's the case, your alternator is fine. How old is the battery? I'm guessing your battery is the problem.
