1992 Range Rover
Interior lights staying on after having left some doors open for a day or so. Have changed door switches but to no avail, checked contact (earth) with switch / door frame, seems ok. Am wondering if the relay delay timer has developed an intermitent fault... As it all started functioning normally again, then occasionally the interior light would flicker on whilst driving, later it just stayed on.
I tested each switch by pressing it manualy and watching the light, and at the point at which the delay relay should switch it off it does dim slightly but remains on.
It's frustrating! Can anyone cast any light on the subject??? (slight pun intended) ;)

Yes, it sounds like it burned the contact points in the dome light delay. They were never really designed to have the lights left on for that long (and being 13 years old, it has already had some usage before this)
The part you need is PRC9948G (I would double check that with your dealer).
It is the delay courtesy relay.
can you please tell me where is for the interior lights , dimmer relay. i want to replace it but i don`nt know where it is. thank you.
