1993 century custom 3.3 v6. Do I need a specialty tool to remove fuel filter? Looks like snap connects on both sides, I thought one side would be a threaded hard line. It won't even downshift to pass
Yes you need a special tool. Any auto parts store will have the internal fuel line retainer clip release tool. If you look at the photo of the filter below the off white plastic clips are the retainers I refer to.
