1994 Lexus LS400 - need to know how to replace a power steering PPS ECU module? Repair shop replaced steering pump & rack & pinion and still drives stiff like no power. Need to replace the pps ecu and someone said it is under the dash on left side of steering column? I could not see it? Where is it and how do you get it out and install?? Thanks for any help
