Coolant leaks is located above the starter & below exhaust manifold..it looks like its coming from in a small tubing attached to the engine or behind it. need advice/ help,,thx in advance

this tubing(3/8 or 1/2 diameter & about 3"-4" long) is not made of rubber or plastic,,,its could be made of metal or aluminum
