Check the U-joints in the drive shaft and the transmission mount's. The u-joints may be worn or seized due to lack of grease. The other thing to to look at is the transmission fluid and check for the condition of the fluid. The fluid should be clear bright red in colour, if it's dirty and dark like burgundy. That could be an indication of the clutch pack to your 3rd gear may be worn out or your transmission line pressure is low, and if you have high miles. Just add a transmission fluid additive to help your shifting, good luck and hope it's just the u-joints.
