1996 Acura Integra LS
Hi, I have a 1996 Acura Integra LS 2 Dr. Hatchback. 40,000. Miles, bought new January 1997. Drive very little. In mint condition inside and out. All maintenance has been kept up. Problem NOW...Recently took car to Goodyear and had my tires rotated. Left shop and now my front bounces up and down A LOT. Goodyear told me it's because I need new tires. Next I went to Discount Tire Shop and bought 4 new tires/balanced/etc. My car still does the same. What could Goodyear have done to cause my front end to bounce to the point if feels dangerous to drive? Thank you very much for your help.

Need to replace the strut
Sometimes when shocks or struts are not moved for extended periods of time they can get damaged after being extended fully like being jacked up to change a tire.It may have blown a seal in the shock so now it can't operate properly. I do not think the wheel could have been bent bad enough to where a tire could not be balanced.I do alot of offroading and have bent many wheels and could still balance a tire with no vibration.
