The ply wheel and shaft of the motor are in contact for long time...tats y ur rpm runs like tat ...check that function and leave some gap between them

Initially, pls check:
- possible vacuum leak in the intake manifold to cylinder head junction (gasket) by spraying with injector/carb cleaner. If the RPM changes while spraying, leak is confirmed;
- tear/damage on the air filter/cleaner;
- air filter/cleaner housing might not be seated properly;
- other vacuum hoses, ports including the line to the hydrovac.
