Another possibility is faulty crank position sensor. Looks like you have check most of the basics - but i don't see anything about coil packs. Better check those as well. Not likely that all went out, but likely that one is misbehaving. Should be able to see the voltage toggle with a meter on the input. Also check compression to make sure the combustion chamber is OK

There is also possibility that your anti theft system is acting up preventing from starting the car
