1997 Eagle Talon Turbo
My Eagle Talon won't pass Ga emission tests. The 1st part of the test drive cycle is fine, the second part, the OBC advises emission test fail "not ready to determine the status of the pollution control sytem on this vehicle". I have taken it to 3 different dealers and they cannot find a problem. The car has passed emission testings in the past, is there any suggestions as to what could be the problem.

Is there a check engine light? is the turbo running as it should? is it at normal operation temp during test. if pollution control is your cat/ o2 sensor.
