Hi from uk locate the starter then attache to starter is the starters solenoid where the positive lead from battery is connected now check the thin wire with a push on spade terminal it is /should be connected to solenoid of its own make sure this wire is pushed on securely with a click that locks it in place ? i have come across a few hyundai accents with this wire not correctly secured giving the same problem as yours the location of the wire if you look ? would be best re-routed from its route to below cable so it cannot be accidently pulled off solenoid during services? as i am sure is possible cause or not secured correctly at factory ? in 1st place ?hope this helps?
