1998 f150. Pass. door panel light stays on. Driver door and dome light do not turn on. Relay switch gets real hot. Need to remove relay to turn off door panel light. Have replaced rel Any suggestions?

I would look for a shorted wire. Most likely it's going to be in the flex part between the door and the body.
