1998 mercedez c180 won't open with key,fob won't work either.When i press the key the indicators flash as normal but the locks won't open.I have no access to the car.HELP!

Sounds like a fault with the comfort control module.if u go to the passenger side front door u can pop off a plastic cover on the handle and this will allow u to open the car with the key.
ye its probly tight because its never been off before
