You have said it....now you just got to try and save it. Change fluid and filter. Try to pump out the fluid that normally won't drain with out flushing. One of the lines that hook to the radiator needs removed and a 2 foot section of 3/8 I think is large enough. Even a piece of water hose will do, it doesn't need to be clamped cause no pressure will be on it. Stick it down in a bucket to catch the fluid. At that rate you still might make a mess, no you will make a mess.With the pan off and the hose on start the truck and let it force the fluid out. Clean up the mess and put your filter in and pan. It may help and it sure won't hut to add a bottle of trans-medic or a similar additive, the fluid and top it off. Next is Pray for good results. Good luck!
