1998 Toyota Avalon turn signals stopped working
I see this same problem was asked a year ago, but no solutions were given. Both turn signals and flasher quit working at same time. No bulbs light up. Fuses are all good. What could the problem be? If turn signal and flasher relays are separate, not likely they both went out at the same time.

My turn signals stopped working out of nowhere when I checked the fuses all were good and before spending money I checked the wires on the emergency flashers I took the pantaleo off and checked the wiring and found that 1 wire was split half way threw so I just put it back together and thus what was wrong with it so i taped it back together. Check your wiring.
Its either the flasher's, the turn signal lever switch or the hazard switch.
Try pulling one of the flashers out and see if the other system starts working.
Has anyone installed aftermarket electronics or tampered with the wiring in either system? Like an ALARM system? Stereo?
