1999 Buick Riviera that won't start sometimes. Problem seems to occur when the SECURITY light stays on. When it does this, it won't start. I wait a few minutes, and it will start. If the SECURITY light is flashing there are no problems. The service book says to take it to the dealer. Is there a cheaper way to solve the problem?
