1999 Mercury Villager blower Motor not blowing right
Blower motor has been recently replaced. It works but it is not blowing enough air. All speeds seem off. When on high it seems more like a low speed. Blower motor resister and switch have also been replaced.

There are several doors in the vent system and one may be stuck or the motor to it is broken. No way to tell without taking it aprt and testing. You already replaced all the first guess parts so the only other option is doors not activating properly. Now if it just seems like the motor is not getting upto full speed then the blower contol knob could be faulty.
