19"electric mower I cleaned out my mower, change the old blade with a new one. Started the mower and made a back sound like the blades were hiting the rubber cover. So, the blade was loose, so I did it again and the blade was good to go. So, I started it back again and sounded great, within 3sec.a puff of black smoke came out of the starting handle. I waited awhile, and started it back again and sparks came out of the starting handle. Did I burn the engine?
