1G X 2 Modules to upgrade to 2Gb ram but windows Ultimate I am running can see only 1Gb memory. I have also updated bios still same problem the 1GB module is being read as 512 Mb can you please help Thanks Mohammed

Check out mo bo specs - you may have exceeded mo bo capacity. Or try a different memory stick - all memory are not created the same - some will work in one machine and not another. Experiment if you are within specs.
