I use to own a cakewalk, LOl. Mine did that too. After recording you have to align them on the computer. This happens because the sound takes time to process, and by the time it reach the computer it is already a bit behind. You cant fix that. The only thing you can do is correct it by editing. With a little practice you can align them perfectly. Have fun recording.
