2 HP Security + Model # 1265LM Door goes down intermittently. Door will go down approx. 8 - 10 inches, stop and then retract. Remote in hand, I press the button and barely using any pressure, I guide the door down until its half way and then it closes. Tried adjusting the increase travel down button and made no change. Thank you

Check alignment of the obstruction sensors .... they shoot a light beam across the doorway about 6 inches above the floor. One is mounted on each side of the door track near the floor.
