Green is always ground. This gets connected to your equipment grounding conductor which is either green or bare copper. The other two black wires would connect to your black and white wires. Make sure the pump is labeled fot 115V. You didn't list your exact model number. Since this motor is for submerged operation, it does not have the neutral conductor bonded to any part of the motor.
