Report "2 inch even when locked. All other buttons are flush when locked. I then tried the emergency lock procedure described in the manual (leave both left side doors open, press central locking, close driver's door, and from rear, press button down (didn't help) and then I closed the rear door - the button remains up too. How do I get the buttons to stay down? I figure there has to be a trick, but body shop does not know. Thanks"
