2 tank of gas and topped off oil and had trouble getting it to start until I discovered if I tip it at 45 degree angle towards me (exhaust pipe facing ground) it would turn over...but to keep it running, I literally have to rock it back and forth at 45 to 80 degree angle every 2-5 seconds just before it starts to stall. sometimes i don't get it in time and it does stall out, but if, and only if, i re-tip it, it will start back up and run as long as i keep rocking it. otherwise it does seem to work (managed to jump start a car)

Hi
Sounds like an issue with either the oil sensor or there is air in the fuel system and tipping it is letting the fuel overcome the blockage.
