Report "2 way with water and screwed the pump on tight. I pumped it approximately 10 times and squeezed the spray handle. No spray, air or noise. I pumped it 20 times and same result. The tank is holding pressure and not leaking at the pump assembly. When I opened it air pressure escaped. the uptake hose in the tank is not clogged. Why am I not getting a spray at the nozzle when the tank is pressurized and i squeeze the "shut off handle"?"
