2 year old electric oven keeps turning off during use. When it goes off i simply turn dial to off then back to fan and it usually starts again instantly
This fault is sporadic and there is no telling at what point it will turn off however after it has gone for the first time (during that period of use) it will constantly turn off every 2-3 minutes. This means I have to sit and literally watch the food cook. We are moving house in 6 weeks and I do not want to spend a fortune getting it replaced.

If the unit has a mechanical timer, your problem description would suggest bad/burned contacts on the timer. You also could have a bad relay with burned contacts.

You have to check the control pnle. If any one of the switch is pressed it self bthen this type of problem xanoccur.
