2 year old Fifth Wheel RV. The toilet flange bolts appear to be tight and there is no visual evidence of black water leak or seepage. I suspect the problem may be with the water valve, but will have to pull the toilet to be able to inspect. Any advice?

Thetford says that the vacuum breaker is usually at fault. I have the same problem. Try changing the vacuum breaker first (it is easier than the water valve).
